IT Technician   Top

Responsibilities:
The IT Technician will be responsible for: - Diagnosing computer problems - Monitoring computer processing systems - Installing software - Performing tests on computer equipment and programs - Setting up computer equipment - Scheduling maintenance - Teaching clients to use programs - Minor repairs - Ordering computer parts

Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Strong knowledge of computers and how they operate - A broad understanding of hardware and software, operating systems and basic computer programing - Familiarity with electronic equipment, Internet applications and security - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well independently while managing various tasks simultaneously and when assigned a task, able to meet requested deadlines Due to US Export Control Regulations compliance, eligible candidates MUST be a US citizen, permanent resident or a person who has been granted asylum; proper documentation required. Staff Accountant   Top

Responsibilities:
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for: - Month-end closing and reconciliations - Accounts payable - Accounts receivable - Cash control - Payroll processing with associated reporting - Fixed asset management - Audit requests - Special projects as needed

Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Bachelor's degree with one to three years related experience and/or training in accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be effective in a team structure - Ability to work in a hands-on fast paced company - Strong computer skills specifically in Excel and Word. Due to US Export Control Regulations compliance, eligible candidates MUST be a US citizen, permanent resident or a person who has been granted asylum; proper documentation is required.
